Rates / How to Book a Flight
Traditional Hot Air Balloon Ride - $250 per person
Flights are scheduled June - October at sunrise / sunset, weather permitting. Includes your balloon adventure of a lifetime, post-flight champagne or sparkling cider toast with light snacks, and a commemorative flight certificate.
Private Charter Balloon Ride - $700 per couple
Enjoy the same great time as a traditional balloon ride, but have the balloon to yourselves. On your Private Charter flight, it will be just the two of you and the pilot in the basket for a more personal experience. What a way to celebrate that special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or even “popping the big question”.
How to Book A Flight
Reservations are required. One to two weeks in advance is preferred, however we will do our best to work with shorter notice. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to confirm and hold your flight. The balance is payable on the day of the flight by cash or check. In the event Skydancerballoons cancels the flight for any reason, the flight will be rescheduled in a timely manner. Failure to show up at your scheduled flight time or cancellations less than seven days prior to your flight will cause a forfeit of your deposit. Balloons fly at sunrise when the winds are calm. Afternoon flights are a relatively rare but happy bonus and are often re-booked many times before a successful flight.
